**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Sales Co-ordinator to join the team to work on a range of spectacular titles - both upcoming and already released. As the Sales co-ordinator you will be organised, diligent and driven, working across multiple projects and platforms.

As part of the sales team, you’ll work closely with a number of internal department’s along with Merge’s external partners and developers. Across digital and physical formats, your role will consist of planning, analysing and reporting Merge’s digital sales of released titles along with collating and distributing games’ information and visual assets. An important aspect of your role will be liaising with Merge’s retail partners, ensuring they have the correct and latest assets on display that best represent Merge’s titles. Merge Games have their own retail store, you’ll work with the Head of Sales to ensure products are listed and promotions are carried out.

Day to day - Liaising with internal and external teams, sharing and maintaining game assets.

Week to week - Tracking sales for the month to date

Month to month - Analyse and report sales for the month. Create reports for partners.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Digital sales management
- Co-ordinate with Merge’s digital, retail & developer partners
- Analyse and report monthly digital sales
- Retail asset and information distribution
- Distribute key title information to partners
- Sales reporting for Signature Edition Store
- Possible international travel for events and exhibitions

**Requirements**:

- Right to work in the UK
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Diligent in processes and communication
- Organisation and time management skills
- Results orientated and data driven.
- Ability to learn new skills and processes.
- Understanding of Microsoft office such as PowerPoint and Excel

**Ideal but not Required.**
- Passion for video games
- Presentation skills
- Understanding of video games marketplace
- Basic understanding of major platforms’ backend processes including Valve, EPIC, Nintendo, Xbox and PlayStation
