What you'll be doing

Deliver exceptional customer service in-store, over the phone, and via email.
Assist customers with inquiries, providing expert advice on our garden machinery products.
Manage job cards, order parts, and arrange collection and delivery of repairs and servicing.
Handle orders, process payments, and coordinate customer deliveries.
Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is tidy and presentable.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and promote the business.
You will be required to work 2 - 3 Saturdays per month with a day off during the week.

What were looking for

Previous experience in a retail sales role.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organisational skills.
Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed.
A full, clean driving licence.
