Cover Supervisor needed in a Dudley School. Starting January 2023
**Your new school**
The school prides itself of being highly inclusive and supportive environment for students to learn in. At its latest OFSTED inspection, it was highlighted that students have positive relationships with teachers. Over the last 2 years the school has gone througha period of positive change, with a new Headteacher taking over. The school is also part of a multi-academy trust who are working with the Headteacher to ensure their ideology of students always coming first remains central to the decisions of the school.
The school is located within 3 miles of Dudley town centre and is easily accessible by both car and bus with the nearest bus stop being only a short 5 minute walk away.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will need to have recent experience of working in a school, working for at least 40 days in the last 2 years.
- You need to have strong behaviour management skills and be able to manage a class effectively.
- You need to be someone who cares about their students and can easily adapt to the needs of the class.
