As a Cover Supervisor you will help us continue to support some fantastic secondary schools across Dudley.
To be a Cover Supervisor with Aspire People you will need:

- UK degree or Relevant experience working with young people (Sports Coach, Scout Leader etc.)
- The ability to engage students and manage behaviour in a classroom setting.
- Good communication skills
- Empathy and care when dealing with students.
- A flexible and positive approach to challenge and change.
