We are looking for an amazing Business Development Manager who can help us drive our sales. In this role, you will utilize your skill set and experience to analyse the Market potential, prospect for new customers and identify new opportunities whilst promotingthe WICKE brand.

You will need to be able to converse and engage effectively up to Director level in order to understand and solve the demands of the client in tandem with our Product Development team.

**Key Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include, but are not limited to:

- A key account management role selling industrial castors and wheels as well as system components
- To expand the customer base towards the key customer areas we have in our strategic focus
- Primary responsibility will be to increase sales within your area with existing and potential new accounts.
- Involved in escalated customer service queries, debt management and contract negotiations

The key skills and qualities of a Business Development Manager are:

- 3-4 years key account management experience (desired but not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
