**Job Description**:
Our innovative Professional Scientific Services (PSS) programme engages full-time scientists, technicians and technical support personnel managed by Eurofins directly at the client facility, to provide long term service needs while maintaining the same services, expertise and cGMP compliance available at the Eurofins facility. Our client requires the support of a packaging coordinator within its Clinical Supply Operations department. The role is to support our client with packaging solutions and facilitate the delivery of quality packaged clinical supplies to the patient.

The Production Packaging Coordinator (PC) interfaces with program External Vendor Packaging Coordinators (EVPC), Packaging Vendors and all other groups within or outside supply chain to oversee vendor packaging production activities within Clinical Supply Packaging (CSP)

The position requires project management, supply chain management, communication and collaboration skills.

**_ Primary Role Responsibilities_**
- May include but will not be exclusive to the following and will be based on the applicants’ experience and clients’ requirements.
- Work with internal customers to understand packaging design in order to manage packaging and labelling production activities at core vendors facilities and/or vendor managed depots.
- Develop strong relationships with core vendor packaging organizations.
- Utilise inventory management systems for the creation and approval of packaging requests for distribution.
- Review and approve vendor packaging and labelling documentation.
- Review of packaging documentation before submission to QA.
- Follow local operating procedures, immediately reporting deviations.
- Proactively utilize the clients scheduling system to maximise productivity.
- Update the scheduling system with the progress of production work and immediately escalate issues that may result in failure to meet timelines.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to enable prioritization of tasks and drive progress to ensure timelines are met.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, working with colleagues to resolve external packaging operation schedule conflicts and issues.
- May assist with vendor investigations and change orders as required

**Qualifications**:

- Life Sciences degree or equivalent with experience working in a clinical supply chain.
- Demonstrated project management with external contractors.
- Knowledge of clinical trial designs and GMP documentation.
- Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
- Articulate in both verbal and written communication.
- Excellent customer focused communication and listening skills.
- Proven interpersonal, facilitation, customer relations and negotiation skills
