**Role Summary**

Working within the collections Team, the Administrator will cover the team administration functions as well as providing assistance and shared accountabilities with the rest of the team.

Hours: 10:00-18:00hrs (40 hours a week/8hrs per day)

**General Duties include**:

- Processing incoming data
- Following agreed process flows
- Receiving and directing incoming telephone calls
- Data entry & word processing
- Managing and maintaining robust records
- Makes decisions within agreed remit
- Escalates any anomalies or risks to supervisor

**Specific Duties include**:

- Manifesting and file uploads
- Assisting and sharing tasks with the Collections Team
- Triaging messages on our internal Network systems
- Triaging Zoho messages
- Warehousing tasks
- Order processing
- Booking in all inbound loads into warehouse
- Advising pick volume day before for staff allocation

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Attention to detail
- Pleasant, confident telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and workload
- Knowledge in MS Office, especially Word & Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management

There is an expectation to maintain the values of Anglia Freight and comply with our Company policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.90 per hour
