Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Worship Leader to join our team. As a Worship Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead and inspire our congregation through music and worship. This is a vital role in our church community, and we are looking for someone who can create a meaningful and engaging worship experience.

**Duties**:

- Lead worship services by selecting appropriate songs and coordinating with the worship team
- Plan and organize rehearsals for the worship team
- Lead the congregation in singing and participation during worship services
- Play an instrument or sing as part of the worship team
- Create an atmosphere of reverence, joy, and connection during worship services
- Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to plan special services or events
- Provide guidance and support to other musicians and vocalists in the worship team

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Worship Leader or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in playing an instrument (guitar, piano, etc.) and/or singing
- Strong public speaking skills to effectively communicate with the congregation
- Ability to lead and educate a diverse group of musicians and vocalists
- Knowledge of different musical styles and genres for a well-rounded worship experience
