Senior Fellow in Foot and Ankle Surgery

It is expected that the appointee will have experience in the field of general trauma and orthopaedics. Previous experience in the field is essential. Good communication skills are essential, as this post involves liaising with multidisciplinary teams. The Fellow will play a crucial role in the foot and ankle team, having access to elective & trauma theatre sessions and outpatient clinics.

This will involve complex acute foot & ankle trauma and elective conditions such as post-traumatic degenerative changes, instability and general foot & ankle conditions. A key element of the role will be liaising with other specialties, such as plastic surgery & microbiology, in the day to day management of these complex conditions.
