**Post Title**: Senior Support Worker

**Post Hours**: 37.5 hours per week ( The rota includes Early and Late shifts. Some weekend availability is required)

**Post Duration**:Permanent

**Post Location**:Huddersfield

**Rate of Pay**:£10.75 to £11.25 per hour

Your duties and responsibilities are:

- To ensure service users are supported to participate in activities, attend appointments, visit friends and family.
- To manage health and safety on a daily basis
- To set and maintain standards in the service.
- To contribute to the development and review of support plans.
- To support staff to ensure they are preforming effectively.
- To Record and maintain accurate records
- To adhere to company policies and procedures.
- To provide personal care as and when required
- To administer medication safely
