An opportunity has arisen to join this well established organisation.

We are seeking a competent and experienced Senior Events Coordinator to work alongside the current team.

You will be based in Kingsbury NW9 (Near Wembley)

You will need to be smart and articulate and able to work under pressure in a busy environment

Key essentials;
You will have a minimum of 2 years work experience in this sector

Be able to work under pressure

Have common sense

Be able to speak English to the highest degree

Love the Events Industry

You will be liaising directly with clients from conception to delivery of events.

Your duties will be far ranging and varied.

You will be involved in the planning and delivery of events as well as attending events

Events generally take place on weekends, primarily Sunday's and you will required to work on these days.

You will need to have the ability to work under pressure and keep a level head whilst being able to use your initiative and follow instructions within a busy office environment.

You will be responsible for creating table plans, dealing with enquiries, answering telephone calls and liaising with clients, suppliers and staff to an exacting standard.

You will be computer literate in Office 365(word & excel) and have excellent organisational and communication skills.

You will also be required to regularly update the social network aspects of the business.

Event overtime paid pro rata per hour for time worked.

9.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year plus overtime

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Event Planners & Managers: 2 years (preferred)
