**Your new company**
Your new job as a Real Estate Account Handler, will be working for a privately-owned Global Lloyd's Broker with offices based around the UK and Worldwide, with their head office based in the City. They have a dedicated team of over 5000 employees who pridesthemselves on having an entrepreneurial cultural that their clients benefit from. Due to continued successful growth within the Real Estate division they are looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Account Handler to join them in a client and market-facingrole that offers excellent opportunity for professional development as a member of their European business team,
**Your new role**
Your new job working as a Real Estate Account Handler handling Property European business means you will be responsible for providing the day-to-day responsible for the day to day servicing of clients' insurance programmes for European property owner and realestate clients working with an allocation of clients from varying sizes from commercial to large corporate Property accounts. You will be responsible for obtaining quotations both or new and renewal business. Research, prepare and present renewal reports.Other duties will include building and nurturing close, long-lasting relationships by developing a constantly expanding network of Clients, Insurers, Lawyers and Loss Adjusters and effectively manage the credit control processes and track the premium payments.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Your previous experience of handling Property Owners or Real Estate business ideally with Europe background will lead to your success. Ideally, you will have at experience within a similar role and strong technical knowledge of not only property risks but alsoexperience of associated casualty lines of business. You will also have excellent communications skills and the ability to attend external client meetings when required. They are looking for someone that has the energy and appetite to learn and proven candevelop and progress within our business.
