**Position: Training Coordinator**

ILS24 HEALTH CARE Ltd is looking for a full-time Training Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for onboarding new employees, scheduling, and assisting with the day-to-day training process. The Training Coordinator will also assist with employee development and special events as needed.

**Core Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Onboarding new employees.
- Scheduling training classes for employees.
- Assist with employee development and special events.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR-related tasks.
- Provide general support to ILS24 HEALTH CARE Ltd’s customers and vendors.
- Participate in internal projects and other tasks as assigned.

**Experience**:

- One to two years of related experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: £19,619.57-£31,878.96 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Training: 1 year (preferred)
- Health and Social Care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NMC (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
