**Your challenge**:

**What you’ll do**

As a Goal Lead, you’ll be leading the transformation of the journeys and experiences connected to our Onboard goal.

Onboard is all about supporting new colleagues through the end-to-end onboarding journey. We want our new colleagues to enjoy a seamless and digitally led experience designed with their needs in mind - and if we get it right, we’ll position NatWest Group as an employer of choice for talent around the world.

With a global remit, you’ll be responsible for:

- Developing and executing the strategy for your goal, and working closely with cross-functional teams to make sure it aligns with our broader strategy and goals
- Establishing a framework to measure goal, strategy, service, risk and controls performance
- Ensuring that data-led insights inform our understanding of the end-to-end experience for colleagues joining or moving around the bank
- Leveraging our partnerships and existing capabilities to innovate at pace and accelerate our digital transformation
- Leading and supporting multi-disciplinary agile teams to simplify systems, processes, products and services, journey by journey
- Role modelling Agile leadership, championing new and agile ways of working, and embedding new mindsets, behaviours and capabilities
- Empowering your teams and coordinating the tech, tools and spaces to help them collaborate, experiment and innovate

**The skills you’ll need**:
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate agile leader to join us on this exciting journey of change and growth. With a strong appreciation of the onboarding journey and a successful track record in process innovation, you’ll bring the knowledge and vision needed to introduce cutting-edge practices, streamlined processes and transformative technologies.

You’ll also demonstrate:

- Significant customer and stakeholder management experience
- Experience of leading significant and complex change programmes
- Great communication and influencing skills
- A passion for exploring new technologies and approaches
- Exposure to design thinking and human centred design
- A proven ability to build trust and advocacy among your teams and stakeholders
