HR Officer

**Job Description: Full-Time HR Officer**

**This a fully onsite role**

**This is a temp to perm role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit and select new employees
- Onboard new employees and orient them to the company culture
- Deal with compliance
- Implement training programs for employees
- Administer employee relations programs
- Be the 1st point of contact for all ER queries
- Comply with all applicable HR laws and regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is desirable but not essential
- 2+ years of experience in hr generalist capacity
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
