**Key Focus**:
The key focus of this role is to provide support to the Wrap up team and to assist with the supervision of activities, including sub-contractors and construction team employees. You will be required to continually build relationships with all our internal and external parties throughout each process and on a daily basis.

**This role will report to**:
Network Deployment Manager.
- Identify foreseeable project risks associated with wrap up projects and escalate to the Network Deployment Manager.
- Arrange and monitor whereabouts activities for sub-contractors accessing the network on behalf of JFL. Raise network adjustment orders (blockages, chamber defects/replacements, etc.)
- Update spreadsheets, planners and maps. Work alongside supervisors in agreeing and completing Access cables and MST’s within the quarterly build process.
- Ensure all civils tasks are closed out with the appropriate level of evidence to ensure we are compliant with the engineering principles as defined by the Chief Engineering Officers.
- Attend weekly team meetings with our contractors to review quarterly build activities and identify any outstanding works.
- Provide constructive feedback and support the team members on a day-to-day basis.
- Provide telephone and system support where required.
- Assist with daily reporting to ensure KPI’s are achieved within the permitted timescales.
- Co-Ordinate with the Wrap up team to ensure full compliance has been adhered to by our 3rd party contractors before signing of any build complete areas.
- Assist in the supervision and programming of all works associated with the MST’s
- Promoting and adhering to improvements in safety in line with the objectives set by the SHEQ dept. Feeding back on contractor safety and quality of work, and any concerns noticed on site.
- Any ad hoc duties requested by the Network Deployment Manager or Senior Managers.

**Person Spec**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- 2+ years administration/construction experience.
- Previous supervisory experience desirable.
- Advance Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint) skills.
- Confident and proficient with technology.
- Interest in FTTP would be preferred.
- Previous knowledge of telecommunication construction would be advantageous (although relevant training will be provided).
- Good level of English & Math’s.
- Full valid driving license.
