Collaborate with our brilliant PR team to deliver industry-leading and award-winning outreach campaigns.
- Create and execute editorial plans and content calendars.
- Own engagement with the relevant stakeholders across all digital platforms.
- Work alongside our SEO and Content team to turn ideas into campaign assets.
- Immerse yourself in SEO and learn about the impact of Digital PR and how it can fuel an SEO strategy for many different businesses.
- Supporting in the ideation and execution of events hosted by the agency.
- Target marketing managers in London through outbound corporate communications strategy, and by increasing our SEO rankings for business-critical keywords.
- Finding topic related websites that can feature content from our campaigns, referencing POLARIS with a biography or backlink.
- Creating relevant event calendars for clients.
- Identify speaker opportunities, both free and paid, that will help to expose to specific sector and audience targets.
- Have a hands-on approach and take ownership with the PR of our client accounts, across B2B, Ecommerce, Telecoms and Finance.

**About You**
- Well organized, good communication and time management.
- Creative individual wanting to help the challenger brands of tomorrow have a success story.
- Knowledge in Digital PR and outreach techniques and trends, that can be implemented to build links for clients.
- Some experience in a marketing role or agency.
- Knowledge of core SEO basics.
- Experience working on social media and has an in-depth understanding of how to utilise the platform to increase engagement.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and proofing skills.
- A willingness to learn and seize opportunities to develop.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, media databases and monitoring tools.
- Understands the basics of all marketing disciplines and where content and social media fits in.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
