**Requirements**:
- Minimum GCSE grade C/4 in Maths and English.
- Cover letter
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handle telephone inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects.
**Working Hours**:
- 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.
