Our client is looking for a Marketing Specialist (Video) who's responsible for ensuring that the company produces regular high-quality videos, both animated and live action, in order to promote their brand, attract potential customers, and inform existing ones. They will also provide general support across the company when required.

**Key Deliverables**
- **Video Production**: Working to maintain a high level of video output, both in terms of quantity and quality. This will include both filming and post production. The specialist will ensure that the video production calendar is both focused on meeting the stated aims of the business, and maintained and delivered to in spite of the disruptions that the year will throw at them.
- **Video Promotion and Engagement**:Working with the wider team, in order to ensure that the brand reaches maximum engagement - e.g. on social media or the corporate YouTube channel. This will be measured in terms of engagement and any triggered actions, such as website conversions. They will be expected to manage the measurement as well as the performance of these activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Management**
- Working with the wider content team to ensure co-ordinated content production and delivery across the department. Expected to be an active and articulate participant in any relevant content meetings.
- Ensuring that a calendar is produced that targets our marketing effort at every relevant stage of the marketing funnel, and delivered at a consistent regularity and quality at all times of years, necessitating planning for periods of substantial disruption.

**Filming**
- Where required, setting up and filming a range of video formats including, but not limited to, customer interviews, corporate events, and product demonstrations.
- Interviewing internal colleagues and external people of interest in an engaging and informative manner.
- Willingness to travel as and when required to customer premises, events, and more.
- Setting up lighting and camera equipment in a safe manner.
- Operating filming equipment (currently a DSLR) in order to capture high-quality video both in headquarters and elsewhere.
- Capturing audio.
- Producing high-quality static photography.

Working with the content team to produce scripts.

**Post Production**
- Liaising with an international team of translators and voiceover artists.
- Co-ordinating with internal members of the team to achieve deadlines.
- Working with the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator, in order to produce great content.
- Being receptive to a wide range of feedback and different viewpoints in order to achieve the best result for the company and project at that time.
- Making video content platform-specific in order to meet platforms’ typical visitor profiles and platform requirements.

**Marketing Engagement**
- Publishing videos on relevant platforms (YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, and Twitter).
- Working with wider digital marketing team to ensure that videos appear for relevant search terms.

**Marketing Reporting**
- Reporting performance of our video marketing efforts against relevant marketing objectives and metrics on a regular basis.

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in film or media production, or substantial alternative experience**:

Great understanding of working with DSLR cameras - both for filming and static photography**:

Strong working knowledge of the video production process**:

The ability to use lighting equipment at a diverse set of locations**:

An understanding of sound recording with boom/ radio mics**:

Knowledge of production equipment and an appreciation for the right tool for the job**:

**Skills & Aptitude**:
A creative eye for cinematography and photography - **E**

Experience with liaising with all levels in a professional capacity - **E**

Ability to rapidly develop a rapport with colleagues and customers, e.g. in an interview format for customer testimonials.**:

**Salary**: £37,750.00 per year
