Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Banbury (OX16 3ED)
Salary & any shift premiums: £24,869.15
Shift patterns: 0800 - 1600
Work pattern: Monday - Friday

**Role Purpose**:
- On a daily and weekly basis plan and resource the correct skill base to meet operational requirements based on throughput volumes, including ramp-up period, and current productivity rates in line with delivering the operational budget.
- To support the Warehouse Operations Controller in their Performance Reviews, 121. Record outputs from the meetings and update follow up actions.

**Requirements**:
- Experience in Supply Chain Environment
- Previous Resource Planning experience is essential
- High level of IT literacy, Advanced skill level essential - Advance numeric and analytical skills
- Ability to produce statistical data and analyse reports - Excellent organisational skills - Ability to follow work procedures
- Good interpersonal, motivational and planning skills - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Positive, Focused, Can do Attitude, Right First time and deliver work with passion - Ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines.
