**You will be responsible for**: The co-ordination of inbound client products, collation and assembly of orders and liaising with the clients’ end-users and scheduling onward delivery of orders.
- Dealing with inbound telephone calls
- Management of client product storage, including inventories and ensuring billing is done.
- Providing holiday and sick cover for invoicing, crate management etc.
- Co-ordination and management of resources.

**You'll be working with**:

- Dealers, Manufactures and End-User clients, Operations Manager,
- Account / Project Managers, Invoicing Clerk, Sales Administrator, Team
- Leaders, Warehouse Supervisor, Senior Fitters and Fitters.

**Main Purpose of Job**:

- To provide services of the highest quality to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients and your work colleagues,
- To lease with with clients and end
- users to co-ordinate and arrange receipt and onward delivery of product passing through the operations centre.
- To process all associated documentation, goods receipt notes, client delivery notes and electronic information.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and End-User clients.
