We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator at our Warrington site, which is located in Woolston just off the M6. The individual will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support within the Branch. We have additional branches and sister companies dotted all over the UK to provide our customers with the best service possible.
**About the role as an Office Administrator**:
- Answer and distribute telephone calls accordingly
- Collate daily delivery notes and taking through to invoice
- Manage all branch paperwork and filing
- Manage and update all transport exceptions
- Enter sales orders onto the bespoke ERP system
- Responsible for maintaining a tidy office environment
- Manage and control the distribution of company brochures and samples
- General administrative duties required within the branch
- Support filing of sales orders & quotations when required
- Support to other departments when required
**What experience do you need to have**:
- Previous experience of working in an office environment with focus on customer service
- Experience of working within a Sales office, would be highly advantageous
- A quick learner who is willing to take on responsibility
- Positive and friendly attitude, ready to provide support where required
- Driven and motivated with a high attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
