Compliance Coordinator

Join our client, one of the UK’s largest family-owned businesses, within their Framework Team.
As a Compliance coordinator, you’ll be part of a team that supports the wider business and business partners to achieve common goals. Reporting to the Head of the department to meet objectives.
This position offers hybrid working and a competitive salary for the right experience.
In this position, you’ll:
- Ensure KPI monthly submissions are uploaded and submitted within the specified deadlines, in line with various internal and external Frameworks
- Produce guidance documents based on KPI Submissions from various business areas, and distribute them to all relevant personnel.
- Identify areas of non-compliance where visible. Offer support and guidance to address the issue(s).
- Support monthly KPI review meetings with different key business areas
- Update internal reports to ensure the latest progress status is available
- Support to ensure commitments and performance are being met, in line with targets set/Support Performance Audits
- Reporting directly to the Head of the department
- Proven track record of reporting, performance tracking, managing deadlines and dealing with internal and external business areas
- Strong administration skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of prioritising
- Excellent with Microsoft Office
- Good stakeholder management skills
