**Telephone Appointment Makers**
Bespoke Stairlifts are a Yorkshire based stairlift manufacturer with over twenty years’ experience in the industry and are currently expanding.
We are currently looking for Telephone Appointment makers to join our sales office in Cottingley, near Bingley in West Yorkshire.
You will be contacting potential customers who have made an enquiry about a stairlift and the role involves finding out as much as possible about the needs and requirements of the customer to assist them in making the best possible choice for themselves.
The role requires professionalism and empathy, with attention to detail and a great telephone manner.
Once you have gained a rapport with the customer, you will arrange a qualified appointment for one of our technical surveyors to visit.
We offer a competitive salary with commission plus other benefits.
This is a full time permanent position based in our Bingley, West Yorkshire office.
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
