We are looking for a Head of Working Capital professional to join the Senior finance team within a global commercial organisation within the medical services sector across 19 countries and has experienced extensive growth in recent years, with over 2,200 clinics and hospitals, and counting

This role is within a new function of the business in which you will have complete autonomy and ownership of driving and implementing the capital improvements across the business.

The Group Head of Working Capital reports to the UK & Europe CFO and is responsible for driving working capital improvements across all markets that the group operates in. This is a high-profile role which will work closely with and provide information to the Executive team as well as the Group’s investors.

To succeed in this role, the individual will need to provide monthly reporting and insights on all working capital balances across the group. They will need to understand and interrogate key movements, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. They will also be required to work with finance teams to enhance the quality of working capital information produced and with the operational teams across the markets to improve the way in which the Group manages its working capital.

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Preparing and maintaining monthly working capital reporting
- Liaising directly with Country CFOs to set targets and identify improvement initiatives
- Tracking progress against targets and challenging performance where required
- Analysis of improvement opportunities and assisting in developing action plans to deliver these with clear milestones
- Providing input into cash forecasting processes
- Continuous improvement of the quality of data and reporting in relation to working capital

**Experience required**:

- 10+ years experience in finance or working capital management related roles
- Recognised accounting qualification
- Knowledge and experience of stock management and credit control processes is beneficial
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset and confidence to challenge senior colleagues

**Salary**: £150,000.00-£200,000.00 per year
