Support Personal Assistant

**Job type: Permanent, full-time**
We wish to recruit a Support Personal Assistant for our Real Estate Development team based in Bournemouth.
The Support PA is someone who has some office experience, is happy around office equipment, scanning, copying, filing. You will be be able to type to a good speed and standard with accuracy paramount. You will be supporting a range of people from other support staff to Partners in the firm. In time, the support PA will assist the fee earner with various legal searches.
You will need to be flexible in your approach, display a high level of attention to detail, be able to prioritise your own workload and able to work as part of a team to help achieve departmental targets. You will also possess strong organisational skills and a confident telephone manner. You will need to be professional and credible, with the ability to act with tact and discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of MS word and excellent word processing skills are essential.
You will be trained to use our office equipment and to use our various programmes and systems.
