**Business Change Specialist**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a pro-active team delivering Business Change expertise to support the roll out of the Trusts clinical systems.
- Prior knowledge and experience of using a clinical system (preferably Rio);
- Extensive change management experience in an NHS environment;
- Experience and knowledge of process mapping for NHS clinical services using Microsoft Visio;
- The ability to liaise with staff at all levels;
- The ability to demonstrate prioritisation skills and able to work on own initiative and unsupervised
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

**Qualifications and Experience required**:

- A broad general education to degree level or equivalent
- Excellent I.T skills and continued professional development
- Experience of delivering change management within the NHS
- Knowledge/experience of clinical systems preferably Rio

Working within the Digital Technology Services, supporting project and service leads through business change management processes. Working with clinical services to scope their requirements for implementation of the Electronic Patient Record system Process; analysis, design and mapping of processes for clinical services; Increasing clinical engagement and awareness of the Trust's Electronic patient Record programme ; Review of existing clinical systems and processes; To contribute to User Acceptance Testing initiatives with the wider Digital Technology Services teams. There will be a requirement to travel to any one of BCHC’s or its partners locations as and when necessary
