We are seeking a Care Home Training Superstar to join an award-winning Learning and Development team. My client takes pride in providing our employees with personalized and engaging training that enables them to provide the highest quality care to their residents.

As a Care Home Training Superstar, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training to staff in the central west region of Scotland, covering the area from Glasgow to Ayr. You will work closely with Care Home Managers and the Area Manager to identify learning needs and deliver high-quality training both in-person and virtually. In addition, you will provide support to new staff during induction.

To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of delivering exceptional training and a passion for caring. We're looking for someone who is confident in their IT skills, a natural leader, and able to train staff on topics such as Moving and Positioning, Person-Centred Care and Care Planning, and Medication Management.

You must have a full UK driving licence and the use of a car as travel is required within your region as well as occasions out with your region to attend meetings/training and support other L&D Facilitators.
