**The Role**

Prior diary management experience would be preferred and advantageous for this role.
**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**
- Daily management of the East Maintenance Diary which involves allocating work to a team of approximately 15 maintenance engineers.
- Organise Preventative Maintenance visits for our extensive customer base.
- Work with the Management Team to meet monthly maintenance visit targets.
- Manage ‘follow-up’ actions resulting from engineer maintenance visits, to enable timely completion of outstanding work for our customers.
- Ensure accurate data entry in all office-based systems.
- Updating and reporting on clients’ recorded information
- Support the Customer Service Team with general admin tasks when required to ensure processes and procedures in the office flow efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
- Professional Telephone Manner.
- Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written).
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively, perform under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
- Positive attitude.
- Commitment to deliver to meet the needs of the business.
**Desirable Skills**
- Prior Diary Management and Customer Management System experience is preferred
**Hours**
Monday - Friday (08:30-17:00hrs - 40 hours per week)
**Salary**
Starting salary: £24,800.00 per annum (dependent on experience)
