- Familiarity with data entry and database management
- Knowledge of Google Suite or other cloud-based productivity tools
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
