**Job Title: IT Recruitment Resourcing Manager / Head of Resourcing (DOE)**
**Location: Watford, Herts**
**Salary: Up to £45,000 plus commission plan**
**Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days a week remote.**

The company place senior IT professionals in permanent and contractor positions within all disciplines, for Clients ranging from large well-known corporate organisations to smaller data and analytics companies. Their growing company is unlike most otherrecruitment agencies in that they are open in their communications to team members and commit to training each of the team to their maximum.
Working as an IT Recruitment Resource Manager/Head of Resourcing, you will gain great exposure to various ERP sectors and markets and high-profile roles. In return for working closely with senior team members on these briefs, you will receive extensive producttraining.
**In this role, your duties will include**:
- Managing one junior resourcer plus hiring and managing 2-3 further resourcers.
- Working alongside senior team members in recruiting across the spectrum of the market.
- Generating leads and contact information through researching and networking.
**Key Responsibilities and Tasks**
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular Client or assignment.
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies.
- Organising interviews.
- Deal with general queries relating to contract, salaries, logistics etc.
**Key Skills and Attributes**
- Intimate knowledge of Boolean searching and use of LinkedIn RPS.
- Be interested in people.
- Have the ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
- Have an excellent speaking voice and a great telephone manner.
- Good time management and able to prioritise.
- Able to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent Team Player.
- Strong Work Ethic.
- Ambitious to succeed in a career in recruitment.
**Qualifications**:
- A highly self-motivated individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An enthusiastic attitude and a proactive mindset.
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team and support other team members as well as having the ability to work independently.

- Outgoing and confident when dealing with all levels of seniority.
