Applications are invited for a Waiting List Supervisor post in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

This post is a full time permanent position.

To supervise the Clinic Co-ordinators and oversee the outpatient clinics ensuring that they are prepared and organised to the agreed procedures and standards. Also, to organise adequate staff cover in times of annual leave/sickness, ensuring that department deadlines and targets are achieved. The waiting list lead part of this role support the team in order to provide a comprehensive administrative mechanism for patients attending the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department and in maintaining the outpatient waiting list in accordance with the policies and procedures of the University Health Board.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
