**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are looking for a motivated Systems Support Assistant to support the Business Intelligence team’s current systems set up and systems development roadmap.

We have created a focussed Business Intelligence Team to help us continue to develop a robust yet innovative systems and data environment which underpins our business processes and success. You will join a team of experts eager to use and grow their technological skills, and shape our organisation’s overall systems and data strategy.

We rely on our systems to help our company reach students all over the world and securely store sensitive data. You’ll be supporting the Business Intelligence and wider team in BAU across our systems infrastructure with a specific focus on pricing strategies and nominations agreement, while assisting in testing new functionality, reporting, and streamlining processes.

You’ll be able to learn from experts with on-the-job training and given challenging assignments and be accountable for them.

In a complex and growing organisation, patience is needed, together with persuasion and determination to help deliver our objectives. With over 35 locations in the UK and dozens of new initiatives, there are plenty of opportunities, but no simple answers.

**The key duties for the role are**:

- StarRez Power User
- Execution of pricing strategies within our systems, including:

- Rate release & dynamic price changes for the Direct Let market and Nominations agreements.
- Communicating with stakeholders.

Day-to-day management of Nominations agreements within our systems, including:

- Cancellations
- Void management
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Database management and bulk data work (including, but not limited to, rates, terms, groups and voids)
- Work with stakeholders spread across multiple locations will require virtual an in-person collaboration (occasional travel between sites)

Other duties may include:

- Second line StarRez support:

- Interacting with operations support to provide help on troubleshooting user issues.
- Managing void requests.
- Support in the development of end-user manuals and process documentation.
- Supporting in the development and testing of new functionality across our systems infrastructure.
- Data manipulation and assisting with data work and system updates around Mobilisation, Demobilisation, Rate Setting and more.

**Preferred Skills / Experience / Knowledge**:

- Experience using StarRez Web.
- Experience using Salesforce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
