**Salary**: £26,250 & Bonus Scheme
What will my role look like?
Our Payroll Team is expanding and we looking for a Payroll Administrator to join us In this role you are required to provide and maintain a day-to-day payroll support function and will act as the first point of contact for all payroll queries.
You will also ensure the payroll administration is accurate; this will enable the smooth running of the department with the required information easily accessible. This is the perfect opportunity for a professional individual who has prior payroll experienceand is looking to enhance their knowledge & skillset within a fast-paced expanding organisation.
What would my main responsibilities be?
Preparation, processing & administration of monthly payroll
Offer first line payroll support for employees and line managers
Complying with contractual and statutory obligations including:
New starters, leavers, transfers amendments and pensions
Process court orders and statutory payments - maternity, paternity, parental leave and SSP etc
Manage the administration of the time and attendance system
Review of approved hours to ensure accuracy of payment
Set up new employees and manage employee changes in our time keeping system
Check payslips and reports at payroll validation rectifying any issues
This list is not exhaustive and may be added to or amended from time to time.
Minimum 1 years payroll experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
