**Job Title**: Project Planning Coordinator

**Location**:On-site - Haslingden, UK

**Salary / Pay Rate**: 22-28k DOE + Commission

**Contract**: Permanent

**Hours and Environment**: Core working hours for this position are from 8 a.m. until 4.30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

**About the role**:
As a Project Planning Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to plan and organise utility works to align with the specific needs of our clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring that utility projects are executed seamlessly and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and project success.
- **Client Relationships** Build and maintain effective relationships with our clients, understanding their needs.
- **Planning and Organisation** Skilfully manage multiple workstreams to ensure project success.
- **Project Implementation **Drive projects from start to finish with determination and focus.
- **Problem-Solving** Analyse complex issues and offer solutions with strong project management and customer service skills.
- **Communication Skills** Clearly and logically communicate issues with excellent written and verbal communication.
- **Computer Literacy** Competence in using various software, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- **Attention to Detail **Pay close attention to ensure that utility works meet client requirements precisely.
- **Team Player and Self-Motivation **Collaborate with colleagues and work independently to meet project goals.
- **Decision-Making **Make clear decisions and know when to escalate issues in complex situations.
- **Continued Learning **Willingly attend training and keep learning for ongoing improvement.
- **Passion for Growth**:Have a strong commitment to contributing to the company's growth and success.

**Requirements**:
No prior experience is required, but confidence in handling interactions, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a keenness to learn are essential. Experience working in the utilities industry is advantageous.
