**Events Coordinator - £26,000 - £28,000 per annum**

We are seeking a charismatic, enthusiastic and highly organised Events Coordinator to join our Oxfordshire team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role is based on-site at Soho Farmhouse in Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire.

**Events Coordinator**:
Responsible for supporting the booking, supervision and realisation of small private events for members of Soho Farmhouse. Supporting the Events team with day to day operational and administrative duties, working with operational colleagues within the House and office whilst ensuring events are set up and managed properly. Ensuring clients feel supported and are happy with all aspects of their event is under control and will be delivered to meet their expectations.

**The Role**:

- Complete day to administrative tasks, to include keeping the events enquiries up to date, tracking enquiries and conversions.
- Assist with collating event materials, such as menus, place cards & itineraries.
- Coordinate the required logistics of small events, including such elements as event times, equipment needs, accommodation requests and personally liaising directly with the lead booker to ensure all questions are answered.
- Assist with completing, checking and submitting the budget spec to clients, and monitor event spend to ensure minimums are met without exceeding costs beyond the client's expectations
- Collating function sheets utilising the event booking system, Tripleseat and distributing to the relevant operational teams
- Work very closely with the rest of the Events team as a strong unit, with the opportunity to support on large events & site takeovers.
- Assist with daily admin jobs assigned by the events team, ie: send out function sheets, send out weekly event function packs to all departments and communicate changes accordingly.
- Confidently talk through all your events to Heads of Department in the weekly events and daily morning brief meeting to ensure all details are understood and covered
- Utilising Google docs to ensure all booked events are accurately forecasted from a financial perspective
- Guideline hours of work are 9am - 6pm, 5 days a week, but working the hours required to ensure successful events. Regular Saturdays will also be expected and will be planned in advance according to business demands.
