Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar and resturant supervisor to join our team. you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar & resturant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of quality. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

**Duties**:

- Manage all aspects of the bar & resturant operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels
- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train and supervise bar staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service
- Create and update drink menus, incorporating new trends and customer preferences
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide feedback

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures
- Previous experience in restaurant or bar management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and mixology
- Familiarity with hotel operations is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
