Job Title: Internal Recruitment Consultant

Company Overview: Our property maintenance company is a leading provider of facilities management services across London. We specialize in providing end-to-end maintenance solutions for commercial and residential properties. We are seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our team to support our recruitment and compliance efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and recruit talented engineers, tradespeople and office staff using various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies, including verifying right to work documentation and conducting background checks.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role, with experience in technical or engineering recruitment preferred.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements, including right to work checks and background checks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- A positive attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
