Are you a Purchase Ledger Administrator or Accounts Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity?

On offer is the chance to join a well established company in a 1 year fixed term contract role. With hybrid working options offering a great work life balance and fantastic company benefits this is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Purchase Ledger/AccountsAssistant looking for their next long term contract.
With multiple sites, this company have been going for over 20 years and specialise in the renewable energy industry. With increased government backing and a boom in the industry, they have grown from strength to strength, and are continuing to see ongoing yearon year growth with extensive plans moving forward. As such they are now looking to take on a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join their team on a long term contract basis.
In this role you will assist the Accounts team and cover purchase ledger for the contracting side of the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work for an industry leader in a long term, varied and fast paced role that can offer you the flexibility of hybrid working.
**The Role**:

- Code, check & process invoices, payments & expenses
- Deal with purchase enquiries
- Check and reconcile supplier statements & deal with supplier queries
- File invoices and statements
- Administration of the purchase ordering system

**The person**:

- Experienced with Sage 200, MS Office - Excel,
- Understanding of Purchase Ledger & Credit Processing
- Great communications skills
- Self-disciplined & a strong team player
- Good awareness of deadlines
