The UK Safran Electrical & Power team has expertise in designing and developing electrical systems comprising generators, power conversion, distribution and control, with developing expertise in electric motors for aircraft propulsion.

As a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator at Safran Electrical & Power you will be responsible for the coordination and planning of site maintenance & facilities activity, acting as the bridge between internal and external maintenance teams. You will support the site’s continuous improvement projects to ensure processes continue to deliver the highest standards in the aerospace industry. You will manage and plan contractor visits, including facilities cleaning, maintenance services, and the site’s canteen provider.

**The Role**
- Coordinate the site maintenance and facility activity, minimising impact on engineering and production programmes.
- Schedule and and arrange regular maintenance for production and facilities equipment.
- Manage and coordinate regular contractor visits for soft facilities cleaning, maintenance services and canteen service provider.
- Minimising the impact of production maintenance on the engineering and production deliverables.
- Ensure all work undertaken at the site has been approved, and purchase order requests are signed off.
- Assist with the sourcing of spare parts, maintaining spares and stock levels.
- Ensure correct planning and record keeping of all maintenance and facility activities.
- Support continuous improvement projects on the site, maintaining high standard levels.
- Preparation of asset and service reports as required.

**Desirable Experience**
- Experience maintaining and coordinating facilities management in a production environment.
- Familiarity in working with external contractors, building and maintaining relationships.
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilities and production maintenance skills desirable.
- Understanding of regulatory HSE standards.
- Evidence of written English at interview stage.
