Be prepared to share your life story to engage, relate and create a safe space to move people forward.

Our mentoring is offered to adults and young people across Gloucestershire.

We currently provide mentoring to the Dept of Work and Pensions, Gloucestershire Youth Support Team, Forwards employment service, Gloucestershire Schools as well as Gloucestershire and Herefordshire County Council.

You will manage your own referrals, receive training, induction and support from the experienced Bespoke team. All of our mentoring is delivered on a 1-1 basis.

Being able to build relationships with mentees and referring agencies is essential. Either having experience of delivering, or receiving, mentoring would be desirable, but is not essential.

You will also receive a bespoke uniform as well as fuel payments.

Holiday pay and a pension scheme are also part of this contract.

Prior experience is essential in the following areas:

- SEN support for individuals
- NEET support for individuals
- Managing your own case load

Self management of risk and decision making around vulnerable people

We run a safer recruitment process so full DBS checks and references will be requested during our recruitment process.

You will be expected to travel to meet mentors and use your own vehicle to transport them within mentoring programmes so a full UK driving license will also be essential.
