Join our team We are looking to recruit a process-driven Administrator to join our expanding team. The role will be on an ongoing temporary basis initially.

**What will the role involve?**
- Assisting with a large compliance project for a key account
- Carrying out employment reference checks
- Submitting DBS checks
- Updating Excel tracker
- Formatting CVs ready to be presented to the Client
- Creating new and updating Client Terms of Business Contracts
- Ad-hoc support to a team of Consultants and Finance Manager
- Other admin duties as needed
**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience in an office environment, administration experience desirable
- Process-driven
- Naturally ability to build rapport and relationships
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
- Professional telephone manner
