**Hours: Monday-Friday Office hours**
Harper Recruitment Group are excited to be working in partnership with a leading payroll solution organisation.
Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a skilled Administrator who thrives under pressure, excels at meeting deadlines, and values collaborative teamwork.
**Administrator Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with clients to obtain information
- Processing the data on receipt
- Pulling out the contractor's paper files ready for invoicing
- Maintaining and updating individual spreadsheets with invoice details
- Raising invoice on SAGE
- Chasing missing timesheets
- Answering the telephone and handling any enquiries
- Chasing contracts for Limited Companies
- Filing remittance advices and archiving
**What we are looking for**:
- Experience of invoicing and Administration is essential
- Good Computer skills in Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, for effective client interaction.
- Experience using SAGE 50 is desirable
- High attention to detail
