Adecco are working with a great company based in Belmont (Durham) to recruit a Customer Support Officer to join their friendly team.

We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent customer support officer that will support the delivery of excellent service to all customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external, including identifying the information required to achieve a positive outcome.
- Maintain a great understanding of processes and become knowledgeable in service delivery
- Maintain an understanding of products and services to promote these further to customers.
- Support with administration and ensure tasks are completed within appropriate deadlines.
- Liaise with team members to develop high levels of engagement
- Work with the Compliance team to ensure that any issues in relation to the standards or level of service from external teams are fed back as appropriate.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement by identifying opportunities to increase quality and efficiency with the customer support team.

Additional requirements:
Computer literate including Microsoft Office suite and database systems.

Strong customer service orientation as well as excellent communication skills.

Organisational skills with a systematic and methodical approach to work.

Self-motivated.

Ability to manage own workload in a high volume environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Location and working hours:
Belmont, Durham

Working hours - full-time 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
