The successful applicant will be highly motivated, professional and have a structured approach to managing services. They will have a proven track record of delivering customer focused services preferably within the NHS or public sector, and experience of staff management.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing performance management processes for a portfolio of services, including the purchasing, contract management and service level management for a range of Primary Care systems and services.

Manage, evaluate, and report on the quality of IT Services through defining, agreeing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conducting regular Service reviews and Service Management Boards.

Day-to-day management of a number of Service Performance sub-processes across various organisations e.g. Incident, Problem, Security, Continuous Service Improvement, Change and Release Management.

Assist in the provision and auditing of Service Management Boards and Change Advisory Boards (and where necessary to make recommendations and/or take remedial action) in order to ensure that they are running effectively and within scope.
