**About the job**

You’ll be joining as part of the customer service team, with an expectation to move into any available HR advisor roles after 12-24 months.

As a HR System Administrator, you’ll play an essential role in helping our customers use our general HR software.
- Helping to train new and existing HR colleagues on our software.
- Undertaken projects to improve general system knowledge for our HR team.
- Making an FAQ’s for the HR team to have access to about the software.
- Providing “WOW” customer service with a keen focus on a friendly and personable communication.
- Providing technical support to the citrus HR small business customers.
- Guiding customer through their onboarding journey while providing and highlighting the value of citrus HR.

**About You**

You'll be someone who has displayed active interest in pursuing in a career in HR. You would also be someone seeking a stepping stone into HR, and hoping to gain tangible experience within the industry.

Great ways to show your passion for HR are:

- Having complete a related Degree (HR, Business, Psychology).
- Actively pursuing roles adjacent to HR.
- HR study/qualifications.

About You

You are educated to degree level with a strong academic record.
- You will love talking to people and helping our customer get the most out of their citrus HR subscription.
- You will be proactive in your dealings with customers, always looking to go above and beyond to help them.
- You will be a natural problem solver, always looking for the answer yourself before asking how to do solve and issue.
- You are a technically competent person who picks up new software and apps easily.
- You are a team player who always looks to improve the working lives of your colleagues, but you are not afraid to ask for help.
