**The impact you’ll make**
When a client walks into the spa they are there to enjoy some well-earned down time, whether it be alone or whilst socialising with friends they want to revitalize mind, body and soul. Escaping from the stresses and distractions of everyday life in order to restore wellbeing and you are the one that will help to create this experience and escapism.
**What you’ll do**
- Check in guests for appointments and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
- Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
- Promote, sell and answer queries about spa/salon services.
- Process guest payments for spa/salon services and obtain payment authorization as needed.
- Support the Spa team whilst providing a caring, friendly and efficient service to our members and guests, with an emphasis on excellent customer service at all times
