The Hexagon Tower Reception functions as the front line for MAPP assisting in all aspects of service delivery, supporting the Site Director, Operations Manager and Senior Management team. You will be directly responsible for the reception area serviced office accommodation and conference rooms, ensuring that the highest standards of management, maintenance and service are being maintained whilst having due regard to expenditure and current legislation.Skills (People & Technical)Promotes a high level of satisfaction among occupiers and clients by promptly responding to their service requirements. Assures prompt response by other team members and selected contractors through dispatch, voice mail and/or other direct contactProvides support to the Operations Manager and deputises in their absenceEnsure compliance after training with MAPP to standards of policies and procedures established for the portfolio.Communicate with occupiers and clients in a courteous manner and be willing to assist where able, acknowledging your role as the first line site ambassador and reflecting the clients image through correct quality service.Meet and greet visitors to site in a professional, courteous and efficient manner and receive calls and callers in a timely and professional mannerCommunicates clearly and accurately with the Site Team and occupiers, providing necessary support and information.Assists the Site Director in developing a close working relationship with all contractors to ensure they fully understand the MAPP culture and standards, ensuring a high quality service is delivered.Maintaining the Site Health & Safety system. To ensure all health and safety audits are carried out in accordance with the planned programme and all follow up actions carried out within due timetable. This also includes ensuring that Riskwise (H&S Management tool) is regularly monitored and updated in accordance with all the Health and Safety requirements and current legislation.Monitoring statutory and internal compliance, including meeting MAPP policies and procedures, RICS and ISO standards and any statutory timelines and escalation requirementsValues & BehaviourExhibition of MAPP Values- Avoid Ambiguity, Appreciative, Adventurous, Authentic and AccountableSelf Management including showing initiative, being proactive and meeting deadlinesEmbracing Change including TechnologyEngaging with the Big PictureGreat service delivery including working in partnership with internal and external individuals and good communicating in written and verballyAchieving Results and Prioritise Work including attention to delivery to all stakeholdersInnovative Solutions and Problem SolvingDeveloping Self and Others and willing to LearnInterpersonal and Relationship skills capable of communicating at various levels including meetings with occupiers, client, supplier and wider stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communications including report writingLevel of Experience / CertificationsExperience of working in a similar roleQualifications: Ideally Riskwise and GmailSalary Range (Based on Experience)Experience of working in a similar role**£33,000 to £35,000
