We are currently recruiting for an ambitious and dynamic Window & Door Sales Designer to join our growing sales team based out of our Chichester showroom but travelling to clients homes in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

As a Window & Door Sales Designer, you will be responsible for designing and selling our range of premium, bespoke windows and doors to our clients. You do not need to be a design expert as we will provide all the training you need to bring you up to speed with our fantastic software and everything necessary to be successful in the role.

The most successful Sales Designers come from a variety of different backgrounds and experiences. Previous sales experience is highly desirable as is a confident, can-do attitude. A willingness to learn is essential.

The core responsibilities of the role are:

- Travelling to our clients homes to sell our range of windows and doors.
- Covering the showroom in between appointments.
- Consulting with the client to design beautiful windows and doors to suit our clients homes.
- Meeting and exceeding targets.
- Providing the "Signature Experience" and outstanding customer service.
- Working alongside colleagues to ensure every specification is perfect.
- Generating your own portfolio of customers which will grow with time.
- Develop a clear understanding of the customers’ requirements to provide the correct product advice

The starting package on offer is £24,000 salary with up to £6000 in annual bonus, paid monthly. In addition:

- Mileage allowance
- Laptop
- Phone or phone allowance

This is a dynamic role initially offered as a 3 month contract with the opportunity to move to a permanent contract at the end of the initial 3 months.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
