Job description

We are hiring for a Customer Service Advisor that is ultimately responsible for operational efficiencies of our fleet depot and customer satisfaction. You will be arranging the delivery and collection of hire vehicles to our clients, ensuring we have all the relevant documentation, all data is correct, collecting all the documents which the driver needs to get signed by the client.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring all customer paperwork is completed to a high standard
- Ensuring new hires are dealt with in an efficient manner in line with business KPI's
- Ensuring all vehicles are collected and delivered via communication with clients
- Fulfilling hire requirements for each client using available resources
- Ensuring that the clients are supplied with the appropriate vehicle class
- Liaising with clients to ensure expectations are managed and wherever possible exceeded
- Providing phone support for drivers whilst they are on the road
- Interaction with Driver Controllers at Regional Depots to ensure movements are completed on time
- Responding to vehicle breakdowns
- Route selection and job co-ordination
- Ensuring adequate driver cover for workload
- Assisting with the legal team and arranging drivers for legal duties
- Assisting the Asset Managers with vehicle movements and vehicle booking in request

**About you**:

- You must have great attention to detail, and always strive to deliver everything to a high standard
- You’re a team player with excellent time keeping skills, professional and reliable
- You have strong communication skills, including excellent customer service abilities and are always friendly and approachable
- 40 Hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00, with overtime every third weekend on a rota (08:00-17:00 Saturday and on call 09:00-16:00 Sunday).
- The ability to speak Portuguese would be considered an advantage
